Lincoln County Cattlemen to Offer Extension Programming at Jan. 21 Meeting

The Lincoln County Cattlemen will host a meeting Jan. 21 at the Lincoln County Fairgrounds in North Platte, featuring educational programming from Nebraska Extension. 

The meeting will begin with a social at 5:30 p.m., followed by a meal at 6 p.m. 

Educational programming will begin at 6:30 p.m. Topics will include 2025 tax law changes, the impact of the One Big Beautiful Bill Act on the agriculture industry, using Lutalyse to synchronize natural-bred cows, and vaccination timing prior to cow synchronization. 

Speakers will include Flint Corliss of Nebraska Farm Business Inc., Rick Funston of the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, and Dr. Jess Hinrichs of Zoetis. 

The Lincoln County Cattlemen’s meeting is supported by Zoetis.
