Get Involved with the Friends of the Arboretum

The West Central Research and Extension Center is a unit of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Institute of Agriculture and Natural Resources.

The Glenn Viehmeyer Arboretum depends on volunteers and donated funds for much of its operation. The Friends of the Glenn Viehmeyer Arboretum is a group of people dedicated to maintaining the Arboretum through volunteering and contributions. Monetary contributions are welcome or you can contribute to the Arboretum through the Commemorative Tree Program in which you can purchase a tree from our list in honor or memory of a friend or family member.
